Promotion: $500 Remodeling Lunch & Learn Raffle

1. Eligibility
The $500 Remodeling Lunch & Learn Raffle (“Promotion”) is open to eligible individuals who RSVP for the October 1, 2026 Lunch & Learn event, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and provide accurate contact information when submitting their RSVP.
Employees of Concept 32, Closet & Storage Concepts Colorado, their immediate family members, and individuals directly involved in organizing or administering this Promotion are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter.
To be eligible for the drawing, participants must complete an RSVP for the October 1, 2026 Lunch & Learn event through the designated RSVP process.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
An RSVP does not guarantee attendance at the event, but the raffle is intended for individuals who RSVP for and attend the October 1, 2026 Lunch & Learn event.
3. Prize
One (1) eligible participant will be selected to receive a $500 prize.
The prize will be awarded in the form determined by Concept 32 / Closet & Storage Concepts Colorado. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for another prize or redeemed for cash unless required by law.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $500.
Any taxes or other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. Drawing
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The drawing will take place following the October 1, 2026 Lunch & Learn event.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The Sponsor's decision regarding the selection of the winner is final.
5. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be notified using the contact information provided with their RSVP.
If the selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 7 days, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Concept 32 / Closet & Storage Concepts Colorado reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility and receive the prize.
6. Attendance
The Promotion is associated with the October 1, 2026 Lunch & Learn event. Concept 32 / Closet & Storage Concepts Colorado reserves the right to verify event attendance before awarding the prize.
7. Changes or Cancellation
Concept 32 / Closet & Storage Concepts Colorado reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
Any changes will be communicated through the event or promotional channels used for the Promotion.
8. Privacy
Information submitted with an RSVP will be handled in accordance with Concept 32 / Closet & Storage Concepts Colorado's applicable privacy practices.
By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may use the contact information provided to administer the Promotion and communicate regarding the event. Any additional marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
9. General Conditions
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of Concept 32 / Closet & Storage Concepts Colorado, which are final with respect to matters relating to the Promotion.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise invalid entries, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
