When you contact Concept 32 / Closet & Storage Concepts, we’ll schedule an initial design meeting either at our Longmont showroom, your home, or your job site. This first creative session is where your vision starts to take shape.
During your consultation, one of our professional cabinet designers will listen carefully, ask the right questions, and gather details to understand your space, goals, and lifestyle. Whether you’re planning a kitchen remodel, custom closet, or full-home cabinetry project, we’ll explore materials, finishes, and design configurations that fit your style and budget.

SHOWROOM EVENT: Cocktails and Cabinets
Join us for August 6, 2026 for our summer cocktail hour event! Just like last year's open house, we will be serving up some custom cocktails and mocktails designed by our very own mixologist Emily (she's also a very accomplished designer). RSVP link will be posted soon but save the date! It be a fun time see the newest additions to the showroom and learn about the latest product offerings from Hardwoods, Egger, Shinnoki, Salt, and Hafele.

DESIGN PROPOSAL
After your expert designer completes their initial design, they will visit with you again to review the design and budget proposal. Your proposal will be based on plans submitted as well as the information regarding species/door style/finish/drawers gathered in the initial meeting.
With our CAD design software we are able to show you how our custom cabinets will look in your space with 3D renders. The customization of the software allows you to see different design options and finishes with the click of a button.
We require a design retainer to move forward with your project design after the initial proposal for any necessary changes. This is a non-refundable design fee based on estimated design time. The fee is directly credited to your order upon placement.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
We work with you to determine the installation timeline for your new custom cabinetry or kitchen remodel by our team of skilled Concept 32 / Closet & Storage Concepts installers. Upon completion of your installation, final payment is due. We believe strongly in a quality done job so we have a one-year workmanship guarantee (view warranty).
